Get your wellies on and your clipboards ready… We will take your class out for the day to study either the River Dane or the River Churnet, looking at flow, depth, erosion, deposition, the eco-system and the type of bed. ​

We can also compare different sections of the river and talk about the external factors that will impact on the river such as rain fall and the lie of the land.
