School and Other Group Bookings
For residential bookings, please contact the centre to discuss dates and a quote. Bookings will be accepted on a first come-first served basis so please book early for the more popular summer periods. Our low season is from December to March and discounted rates apply during this period.
At least two weeks before your visit, please ensure that you've returned the medical and dietary spreadsheet for both pupils and adults. This will enable us to make sure we're totally ready for your arrival. Please also download a copy of our Visiting Teacher Information for you to read before your arrival date.
All our school programmes are written in partnership with the school as it's important to us that your programme is tailored to suit your pupils and your learning objectives. Therefore please contact the centre between 3 and 6 months before your trip to discuss this.
Prices include all daily activities, accommodation and all meals. They also include a pre-planning meeting, a Stanley Head water bottle for every child and all relevant equipment. Transport during the week to off-site venues is also included in this price. For Stoke-on-Trent maintained schools, transport to and from the centre is included, but for all other schools transport can be arranged at a reasonable price, subject to availability.
Adult Groups
Please contact the centre to enquire about availability and for more information on the packages we can offer you. Upon arrival we will need to make sure that all members of your group have completed an Adult Consent Form. To make sure you get the most out of your visit, we recommend that you download these forms and complete them before you arrive so that we can get straight into the activities!
